Possibility of 2 extra beds at full occupancy (10 people + 2 extra beds, full beds): 250 CZK / day

Child up to 18 years in an extra bed at full occupancy: 180 CZK / day

Children up to 2 years old who are not entitled for a bed: free with 2 paying guests

Dog: CZK 400,- / stay

Local tax: CZK 15 per day for people aged 18 and over

Service is performed by an external company:

CZK 1.500,- final cleaning, maintenance of the object and the garden
CZK 130,- per person for laundry

Refundable deposit: CZK 4.000,-

In case of cancellation of the reservation for a serious reason (must be proven) the accommodation provider may offer an alternative date in the same calendar year as the original booking. Alternative dates are not possible during vacation period and public holidays. The dates are offered exclusively by the accommodation provider. Due to the accommodation provider's costs, it is not possible to refund the purchasing price in case of cancellation or no-show, even for serious proven reasons.
