General Terms and Conditions for Resort Buxusson®

• The stay begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (or by agreement) and ends at 10:00 AM on the final day of stay.

• If you are traveling with a pet, please consult this before concluding the accommodation contract.

• After accommodation, you will receive one key to the house and one key to the entrance to the building and the keys to the gate and bicycle storage. Please lock the building in your own interest, which is only for accommodated guests. Use the kitchen facilities on the ground floor to prepare meals.

• Do not move furniture throughout the building.

• You are in a non-smoking building, so please respect the smoking ban in all areas of the building.

• The rented house is used exclusively by accommodated persons, visitors to the room are not allowed.

• The guest is obliged to pay for any loss or damage to inventory caused during his stay in the accommodation facility. (Smoking in the building is also considered damage to the inventory.)

• Guests staying in the attic are obliged to secure the windows against the possibility of rain entering the room when leaving the room. Otherwise, they will pay the costs of removing the damage.

• The owner is not liable for valuables left in the building.

ORDER

The accommodation provider accepts reservations by e-mail, by filling out a request on the website or by phone. The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the reservation deposit for the stay. By paying the deposit, the customer accepts these accommodation rules and the cancellation conditions contained therein. The remaining amount of the price is payable to the accommodation provider's account before the start of the stay. The accommodation provider will hand over the keys to the building only after payment of all fees and a refundable deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The accommodation provider is entitled to charge cancellation fees for orders under the following conditions:

• A reservation confirmed in writing or by e-mail can only be cancelled in writing or by e-mail, as follows:

• Cancellation fees in the event of cancellation of a reservation more than 60 days before the announced arrival are the amount of the deposit for the stay.

• Cancellation fees in the event of cancellation of a reservation from 60 to 10 days before the announced arrival are 50% of the total price of the stay.

• Cancellation fees in the event of cancellation of a reservation from 9 to 4 days before the announced arrival are 75% of the total price of the stay.

• If the reservation is cancelled less than 4 days before arrival or if the accommodation is not available, or if the accommodation is cancelled during the stay, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay is charged

In the case of cancellation due to unavoidable events (death in the family, serious illness, natural disaster, government regulations), the cancellation fee may not be charged by mutual agreement, but the accommodation provider may offer an alternative date. The customer is obliged to provide written proof of the above facts to the accommodation provider's address no later than 3 days after their occurrence. The alternative date must be applied in the same calendar year as the original reservation. Alternative dates are not possible during the holiday period. Alternative dates are offered exclusively by the accommodation provider. Due to the accommodation provider's costs, it is not possible to refund the purchase price in the event of non-use of the reservation, even for serious documented reasons.

FINAL PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions are valid and effective from January 1, 2017.
The relationship between the customer and the accommodation provider is governed by the provisions of these cancellation terms and conditions.
The cancellation terms and conditions apply only to confirmed written orders (e-mail, letter, form).
Cancellation of a stay order can only be made in writing (e-mail, letter).
The accommodation provider will return the deposit to the accommodated person, reduced by the cancellation fee, no later than 14 days after the accommodated person's written notification of the cancellation of the binding reservation.
These terms and conditions shall continue to apply even after the termination of the accommodation contract between the accommodation provider and the customer.
